ENGINEERING
Mechanical Engineer
Qualifications:

• Must be a Registered Mechanical Engineer from reputable schools
• Must have 2 years minimum experience related to Mechanical Works
• At least 25 years of age
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office applications
• Can Interpret Mechanical & Electrical Plans
• Must have experience within HVAC/R Industry
• With experience in electro-mechanical installation works and project supervision
• Proficient in refrigeration systems:  Chilled water, Direct expansion, AHU’s, split packaged
• AHU’s and Precision Air-conditioning type
• Well-versed in quantity take-off, technical specifications & bid proposal preparation
• Preferably with background in fire protection works
• Can work independently with leadership in project supervision
• Has skills with project supervision
• Knowledge in design is a plus factor
• Must possess strong leadership and communication skills
• With knowledge in ISO procedures
• Willing to be assigned in Provincial Areas
  
  
  Electrical Engineer
  Qualifications:
  
  

• Must be a graduate of Electrical Engineering course from reputable schools
• Must have 2-3 years minimum experience related to Electrical Works
• At least 25 years of age
• Well-versed in quantity take-off, technical specifications & bid proposal preparation
• Can work independently with minimum supervision
• Must be able to design proper & suitable motor controls necessary for the safe operation of compressor, evaporator, condenser & other refrigerating & ventilating equipment
• Must be able to estimate panels such as LVSG, ATS, Synchronizing, Meter Center panels & etc.
• With experience in electrical installation works and project supervision
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office applications
• Can Interpret Electrical Plans
• Must have experience within HVAC/R Industry
• Knowledge in design is a plus factor
• Can work independently with leadership in project supervision
• Must possess strong leadership and communication skills
• With knowledge in ISO procedures

Cost Engineer /Estimator
Qualifications:

• Must be a graduate of Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Sanitary/Plumbing Engineering course from reputable schools
• Must have 2 years minimum experience related to Electrical  and Sanitary/Plumbing estimates
• At least 25 years of age
• Must have knowledge of AUTOCAD Application
• Can Interpret Electrical and Sanitary/Plumbing Plans
• Must have experience within HVAC/R Industry
• Can work independently or with minimum supervision
• With knowledge in ISO procedures

 

Safety Engineer
Qualifications:

• Must be a graduate of any Engineering course
• With Certificate in  Safety Training from a Govt. recognized institute 
• Must have 2 years minimum experience in operation/ maintenance/ safety in construction industry with thorough knowledge of statutory requirement of safety.
• With knowledge in ISO procedures

 

QA/QC Engineer
Qualifications:      

• Must be a graduate of any Engineering Course
• With Understanding of multiple disciplines and the quality requirements for each (mechanical, electrical sanitary & fire protection system)
• At least with 1year experience in QA/QC implementation
• Must have knowledge of AUTOCAD Application
• Ability to read and interpret designs, drawings, schematics and technical reports
• With knowledge in ISO procedures

 

ACCOUNTANT
Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS Accountancy
• With at least 2 years Accounting work experience
• Any of the following work experience:
• General Accounting
• Credit & Collection
• Payroll Management
• Cost Accounting
• With computer expertise : Microsoft Office & any Accounting System/Software Highly organize, detail oriented and has sound financial judgment Good verbal & written communication skills

 

Service Engineer
Qualifications:

• Must be a registered Mechanical Engineer
• Can do quantity estimate in HVAC/R application
• With knowledge in HVAC/R system
• Must have 2 years minimum experience
• Can work independently with leadership in service supervision
• With knowledge in ISO procedures

 

Aircon Technician
Qualifications:

• With experience in comfort  and process application
• Wide knowledge both in troubleshooting, repair and maintenance, balance and perform analysis on all types of HVAC/R equipment system Preferably with knowledge on automated controlsystem. Can commission new installations and renovate HVAC equipment
• TESDA Certified
• With driving skills

 

Master Electrician
Qualifications:

• With wide experience in comfort and process application
• Can trouble shoot wide range aircon equipment from window type to 20TR
• With Tesda certified
• With Driving skills
